About The Owner
Kevin’s career began in Park City, Utah, where he moved in 1990 and entered the property management field through hands-on roles in maintenance and inspections. His dedication and community connections quickly led him to manage four exclusive homes in Deer Valley, where he specialized in maintaining properties in a constant state of readiness for owners arriving at a moment’s notice. This early experience instilled a deep understanding of luxury service, discretion, and operational precision.
After a decade balancing property management with food and beverage service, Kevin transitioned into public service as a firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service. There, he spent 26 years in aviation operations, focusing on mission planning, contract compliance, and frontline fire suppression. His work demanded strategic thinking, adaptability in high-stakes environments, and exceptional communication—skills that now define his leadership style.
Upon retiring from the Forest Service, Kevin founded Coastal Property Concierge, a boutique management firm serving second-home owners with a commitment to excellence, trust, and personalized care. Drawing from decades of operational experience and a passion for proactive service, Kevin ensures every property is maintained with meticulous attention to detail and a warm, human touch.
